Drawings of six neck-upwards teenagers. They have their names above them in colourful letters. The people are Renee (scowling, green eyes, brunette, and with a pink clip), Lucas (confused but smiling, green eyes, lighter brunet, freckles), Ally (smiling, brown eyes, brunette, slight tan), Mary-Anne (sad smile, round glasses, blue eyes, blonde with long twin plaits with purple ribbons and shorter side tails), Lola (annoyed eye roll, brown eyes, light blonde hair with big curls in a ponytail), and Jack (looking away scared, same appearance as Lola, but with short hair and a band-aid on his nose, blushing/awkward).

The title down the bottom reads: "Growing Pains: 1994" and has a cartoon sun and a mostly-dispersed dandelion as decorations. There is a mini version of the title in the other corner, reading, "(Protags of) GP1994". The credits list says, "[Tumblr logo] @esteebarnes94 | [BlueSky logo] @estee94 | No reposting or use!"

The background is of yellow paper with a red left margin and blue lines. The lines were freehanded and therefore messy.

A number 1 is in in the top corner to signify the art is the first in a series.

An OC info card. It has a bust-upwards drawing of a white man with short brown hair and brown eyes. He wears a green shirt. The logo above says, "GP1994" and has a cartoon sun and dandelion. It has the caption, "Supporting Character | 44-45 | 6th Mar 1949"

The name reads Harry in colourful bubble letters. The bullet point description reads, "Father of Ally, Tony, & Joey. Married to Mary. Stay-at-home dad for Joey, but was a bank teller. Country Boy. BBQ Dad(TM). Attached to his hardware store straw hat." Next to the last point is a small drawing of his full-brim straw hat. It has a green and gold fabric trim.

A two-panel comic with sketched/unpolished artwork. The first panel has a human character with square glasses, a sweater vest, and wavy/curly shoulder-length 1970s hair. He is pulling the string on a big party popper, sending confetti out to the side. He cheerfully says, "Happy 1976!" A caption reads, "Has been under extreme time dilation--in his 20s."

The second panel has two alien characters on the right. The farthest right one is looking away awkwardly. She has an upright, formal posture. The alien on the left has his hands out sideways in frustration/confusion. He yells, "When were you BORN?" to Wesley, who is out of frame. A caption reads, "Also in their 20s."

Two social media handles are written: @esteebarnes94 for Tumblr, and @estee94.bsky.social for BlueSky. Below, "No reuploading!" is written.

A rough, coloured drawing of Miko from Transformers: Prime. She has asymmetrical black hair with hot pink streaks. Her clothing is based on 2000s/early 2010s alternative fashion. She's sticking her tongue out and smiling. She's doing the devil horns sign with her hands. A speech balloon next to her says, ">XP"

A label has been written. It reads, "DRAWING A DAY: #2 - JAN 2ND | NO RE-UPLOADING, [the Tumblr icon] @esteebarnes94 | MIKO (TFP)."

I'm enjoying working on little bits for #thebutterflyeffect1958. It's ironic how much more fun writing can be when I force myself to sit down instead of waiting for ideas. I'm making and organising plot points, figuring out character ideals and goals, and generally just having fun.

The Butterfly Effect (TBE) is unrelated to all the others. It's an absurdist(?) story about Edith. In 1958, after an episode of psychosis, she journals to track her symptoms. She finds a nearly identical one she didn't buy in her room, becoming desperate for higher truth. #thebutterflyeffect1958
