3. Shockwave seems pretty cool.
-It gets pretty annoying when there are multiple Mediums, but not unbeatable.
-I think it is not as strong for stalling as the Goo Gun is for Heavy. So not OP for stalling imo.
-It is great against melee users.

Plays kinda like a Pike but closer to AKM DPS and max 30 meters range, good as a silent option although probably would impose it on same range restricions as V9S
