Overall, it was an engaging storyline. However, I can't recommend it. While I understand the character has endured much, true strength lies in growing through hardships rather than letting them jade and stunt personal growth.

1/16-1/22 This was my 1st work #bookclub #read of the new year! It is a sad book & I teared up near the end❤️🩹. As a writer, I was annoyed by the tell-to-show ratio. I really enjoyed some aspects but others made me cringe😬 5/10
