Additional note: In the past, both regular alcohol and coffee beans didn't affect him, but his body underwent major changes when he abruptly renounced his deity form upon reviving Ando

Silly thought about my lamb: While regular alcohol has no effect on him, he's weak against coffee
He suffers a caffeine attack after just one cup, which 1) makes him jump and 2) leaves him feeling addicted
Therefore, his most trusted followers have to keep him away from coffee

...But my lamb didn't love him because Narinder was too terrifying for him.
So by disobeying him, he shattered the foolish illusion The One Who Waits had about him... and perhaps much more.
