It’s important for folks to understand 1. A ‘legitimate business’ is capable of scamming their customers (& employees!) 2. Just bc you had good service doesn’t mean the problem doesn’t exist (2 things can be true at once) & 3. Just bc #TheOodie was reliable in the past doesn’t mean that can’t change

Look at the # of comments it says #TheOodie SHOULD have and how many comments you can see. When shady businesses like The Oodie receive customer complaints on social (because they won’t respond to customer emails & we have no choice) they will filter & delete comments & block customers. To HIDE it
