A grilled cheese sandwich on white bread with yellow cheddar cut on the diagonal; each half is topped with a poached egg and smoked tomato sauce; also on the plate is a large rectangle of golden-fried shredded potatoes.

This breakfast made me happy on Saturday ... grilled cheese bennie w/ shredded potatoes at the Ruby on Douglas.
