#TheSoldier: Cannon-feeling action/thriller about nuclear terrorist scheme is barely okay. Some action scenes are good, but the film spends too much time building a weak plot. The film also fails to tap into star Ken Wahl’s charm. And there isn’t enough Soldier in the soldier movie.
