What a beautiful tale, loosely based on the story of Sleeping Beauty, though somehow not like that fairytale at all. Sometimes you read a book (or in this case novella) that reminds you what an art true storytelling is.

The main character, Toadling, was such a charming and endearing character, I loved her a lot, as well as her relationship with Halim. A great, short book. 💖
