Late sleepless nights lead to great ideas for conceptual photographs...
Then daybreak hits and 1 of 3 things happen; either I lose my nerve, forget that I've written down this "great idea", or can't find a willing participant.
Self censorship is hard to overcome.

The camera affords me the opportunity to learn stranger's stories, hear their inner most thoughts, see their joys and triumphs and to share important moments.
For that I feel honored.

I'm an introvert who craves social contact. My camera gives me that opportunity to be out in public, meet new people, and (although it exhausts me) fill my much needed depleted "socialization tank." It helps me break free from isolation.
