Thunderdomesticity: Witness Me is a national juried exhibition designed to honor the strength of women (including but not limited to: cis women, trans women, non-binary, two-spirit, and gender fluid people) during dystopian times. All artists from the United States, regardless of gender, are invited to submit one or two high quality photographs of their art before the deadline of April 4, 2025. Witness Me is the 4th annual Thunderdomesticity exhibition, and it will feature artwork that is post-apocalyptic, feminist, and everything in between. During a time when it feels like the world is ending, it is vital to see and respect people of marginalized genders. The juror of this exhibition is Klaire Lockheart, host of the Femininity in the Post-Apocalypse podcast. Accepted artwork will be professionally printed, with the longest dimension at 8”. The prints will be wheat-pasted to the exterior of No. 7 Center Gallery in Vermillion, SD. The selected images will also be included in an online exhibition hosted by the Packard Group at packardgroupllc.com.
