Who uses T-Mobile?? Been a customer of Sprint, now T-mobile, for over 20 years. The customer service over the last 2 months has been PATHETIC (save for one person). With over 4 hours in person and 3 hrs with their “technical” I’ve seen one person satisfied. WTF??! #tmobilesucks #customerservicefails

I tried T-Mobile Internet for five hours. Before I even settled in, I got the bill, and they were overcharging me.

I chatted with them and they refused to change the price to what I had signed up for.

So I canceled the account and took back the equipment today.

I switched over from AT&T & it hasn’t been a month and it’s a straight nightmare!
I’ve been to a T-Mobile store at least 6 times. I’ve had to call every other day & the bill is twice what they claimed it would be

Shout out to T-Mobile for overcharging me for the 4th month of the row. And for the overcharge being for a late payment on my automatic payment account.

Could not hate this company more.

I'm glad I left them a few years ago because of price hikes, plus nickel and diming the consumer. They went down hill after Deutsche Telekom bought them.
