My dad died of #Alzheimers in 2007 and I haven't managed to write about #dementia yet. It's still too difficult. I can feed people to monsters with no problem but not let their own brains consume them. Same with my mom's #cancer from 2015. #tooclose #toopainful #horrorwriterschat
