Weapons of Mass Consumption. Ground Pork, Ground Beef, Russet Potatoes, White Onion. Salt & Pepper, Ground Sage & A secret seasoning.

Potatoes & Onion on the left. Beef & Pork on the right. Seasoning on the meats.

Beef & Pork getting lightly brown. Keeping some of the natural juices.

Added the meat mixture to a large pot. I keep stirring occasionally to keep the meats nice and moist & flavorful.
