KKKaroline Leavitt refers to Dr. Monarez as “Ms. Monarez.” For women with a doctoral degree (not an MD), this is extremely offensive coming from a woman whose biggest accomplishment seems to be suckling from the teat of a weird man-baby with cankles and horcrux hands.
