A photo is drawing on small paper, head to shoulders view of character. A humanoid monster at night walking through street that is surrounded my green and pink neon signs, the is looking at the viewer only with their right eye (left is closed). You can that they were chewing on lollipop stick for a little, they also wearing dark burgundy top and loose white/semi-transparent veil/fabric. They are slightly frowning, baring the teeth and sticking out the tongue like they didn't appreciate the taste of plactic lollipop stick.
Found small paper sample, wanted to test how paint markers will do on it. Looks and feels good, but wish it was thicker so I wouldn't need to straighten it :,D
