Today is my #Traumaversary.
Just happens to coincide w/ the literal darkest day of the year, the #WinterSoltice. It’s cold & dark & I hate both. After years of reframing this day as my #FreedomDay from a #toxicworkplace, I’m grateful for my tradition of eating German food, light & a lighter weight.
