After a busy day at school with back to back meetings and district partners, I head downtown for @Local4News early evening newscasts. What do I do between the 6:00 and 11:00 PM newscasts?? Nothing major, just head to @orangetheory and casually run 4.5 miles in a #Tread50 class… Nothing major. 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🧡💪🏻
