Certainly yes! We identified here doi.org/10.1017/s002..., 63 #trichinellosis cases since WW II linked to #polar bear meat. Low number contrasting to numerous cases related to black or brown bears meat. Larval #Trichinella muscular burden is lower in polar bears compared to other bear species.
