Buildings flank both sides of the road and there is a snow covered square where there's a farmers market in warmer months. Some "Harris shutter effect" is visable as cars & people move through one of the color filtered frames but not all

A snapshot from the big blizzard at the beginning of last month. It took me a while learning my photo editing software to get the layers to lign up correctly since it's another freehand shot.

Trichrome Tuesday!

We're so back! Took a trichrome of the timing belt we replaced. Though largely a monochrome car, there are enough hints of color. Done w/o a tripod so the layers didn't line up perfect, helps focus on the belt.

The photo is an amalgamation of three b&w photos shot with red, green and blue filters then assembled electronically to create a color image. The red & yellow bursts are areas of inconsistent exposure between frames. It was my first try.....
