Further to that, I attended last night's 2025 release of Edelman's global #trustbarometer and the findings were striking. Look at that ethics score for government. 40% now believe hostile activism is a viable means to drive change. In absence of inst. checks, this is exactly where this anger goes.

Trump believes diplomacy equals weakness and bullying signifies strength.
He's a moron, most of us agree. But he has incredible deep pockets to pay/buy/corrupt media to push his Narrative. A dangerous destabilising mix. (A cultural thread never mentioned in any #trustbarometer.)
