I just came in from a 30-mile round trip drive from CR to the 280/E Hennepin area and back. Freeway there, surface streets back. Did a little running tally in my head: out of 100 vehicles surveyed, at least 30 had no lights on. 😐 #mnwx #albertaclipper #turnyourdamnlightson
