We mean that sexually, of course. This foreign film from France starts after Alexis' boat capsizes in the sea and he nearly drowns. However, he is saved by David who comes to his rescue. The two get to know each other as Alexis recovers and they eventually form a romantic relationship. They become boyfriends for the summer, but will their relationship have to come to an end when fall comes? This is based on a novel called Dance on My Grave which sounds grim, but this film really highlights a lot of sunny and sexy joy on the beaches on Normandy in the hot, sweaty, flirty 1980s. Plus the guys are hot! Benjamin Voisin plays David Gorman who is the hunky rescuer that saves Alexis. Felix Lefebvre plays dude in distress Alexis Robin and he does not rob us of any opportunities to check out his beautiful body. We mean that, too. We see nearly everything except for his penis! We see his balls, his ass, his gay sexual prowess, and his bathing suit body. He and Benjamin Voisin jam in bed together, caressing one another and cuddling in bed. Ben traces Felix's body with his hands, tracing his tush. Felix and Benjamin both also go shirtless in their swimsuits when they hang out at the beach. Summer of 85 has these boys looking fiiiiine.
