Garbage. The writing in the Intro had that disconnected feel to it you see either in someone stringing together notecards (before edits) or AI text. Taino is spelled 4 different ways. A skim showed contradictions, misinformation. I threw it out.

Skimmed. I think my son is past this. It's def for those in the middle of puberty & those physical changes. My son is developmentally abt 14 but physically in his 30s.
Also it's coming across as a proven approach without giving the author's credentials. 👀
