A painfully blah & discordant email "settings screen" from a large service. 0. Confusing text on Labels, Inputs, and Buttons. Also, very poorly structured & ordered. No intuitive hierarchy. 1. BOLD overload. If everything's bold, nothings bold. 2. Links in form shouldn't have varied or surprising behavior. They should be consistent. 3. Death by drop down: Drop-downs (by design) hide available options until clicked. - For three or fewer options, consider a radio button or toggle switch, very helpful for folks with vision or memory impairments.
This UI has to be a top contender for the MOST #uninspiring #UX #design from the past 10+ (20?) years.
