Linda Edwards, Blueberry Hill’s co-founder and window designer, has died Linda and Joe Edwards opened Blueberry Hill Restaurant and Music Club in 1972. Linda had designed displays for its prominent store window since 1986.

Very sad to hear about this.

My response to this story (also Glen Echo in DC/Bethesda) was #HemanParkpool in #UniversityCityMO, one of the innermost suburbs. But checking images online 25 yrs after we left, seems the images (not necessarily reality?) are largely of white folks. Help @sarahkendzior.bsky.social
