She also has appendages akin to a Vulture's to symbolize her relation to Chasing Wind/Gray Wind. The pink sacs on Inno's umbilical are her wind sacs, as she can control the wind with the sacs (although she is unaware of this as they aren't present until now. The frills on Inno's umbilical act as stabilizers in gliding (like a Night Fury's tail fins, that's the best example).
