The statue holds up the Penis and reveals a hole under the testicles which is covered in red ocre. It is more likely intersexed.

The Urfa Man was created around 9,500 BC &found at Catalhoyuk. He has onyx for eyes. Though labeled a man Max Dashu has a theory.
