Valfreyja treasures her name, as it was given by the one who had saved her when she'd had everything so cruelly taken from her. Her relationship with Nidhogg had been complicated and fraught with tragedy, both old and new, but all of it was a part of the person she has now become. #valfreyjaxiv

I think this song really captures the weight Freyja feels her relationship with Aymeric carries. They're both figuratively carrying the baggage of the disparate sides of the Dragonsong War on their backs and the target she feels he's painting on himself by loving her. #valfreyjaxiv #freymericxiv

Freyja is close with Aymeric, Estinien and Blaisie. She sometimes considers luring Emmanellain outside the city and feeding him to her dragon kin if she has to listen to him bitch about literally everything for one single minute longer.

Valfreyja had her arm and several ribs broken in the initial skirmish against Proto Fafnir during EW. It was the first time she'd ever been seriously injured in a fight because she was more focused on trying to protect the panicked civilians than herself.

Valfreyja is considered classically beautiful in her canon, but her sharp draconic eyes and outwardly cold, hard demeanor intimidate most people too much to approach her uninvited. Aymeric is the exception, apparently.

Primarily the details of Valfreyja's backstory/identity from BEFORE she was taken by the heretics. fed dragon blood and lost her memories.

If Valfreyja is disarmed, she can use her ample aether to quickly create her familiar ice lance. She's not trained in any unarmed combat styles but her dragon's soul has given her a sturdy body that can take a decent amount of damage before her life would be in immediate danger.

Freyja has never met Emet Selch, but from everything she's heard, his story reminds her of Nidhogg. Someone who lost something important to them and was left to twist in that agony for eons until it corrupted them beyond any salvation.
