Haven't posted in like 4 or 5 days so my update is I am introducing my grandparents to TTRPGs by running Vekari for them. Did a session zero to explain how to make characters and encourage them to give them more detail and personality. In true Vekari fashion, this is going to be chaos.

Maury has more tech knowledge than meets the eye and thrives in manipulating chaos, seemingly in tune with The Glitch itself. He has fairly good stats across the board except for MED, 59 HP, his attacks are glitching his enemy's body very painfully or tormenting them mentally. While in combat, he can make a skill check to flip to the next dungeon/room card, changing the surroundings and setting off effects in the process.

A glitched room Vekari TTRPG TCG... thing card for the Abandoned Arcade. The room passively gives +2 to TEC, -3 to DEX, and gives all enemies cyberware. There is a simple floor plan of the arcade with a grid glowing neon blue behind three big hexagonal spaces leading from the start to the exit, connected by a trail of smaller line-only hexagons to show the path through the room. Each larger space has an effect, like healing and then rolling to see if the power stays on, or completing a certain number of Encounters (enemies, traps, item pickups, etc). He has a large amount of knowledge about magical artifacts.
