First panel showing a shoulder shot from the back of a brown long haired main character (MC/us the player) smiling in a small smile towards a blushing light skinned man with neatly trimmed short dark brown hair (his name is "Zayne") in her close proximity (note: in the game, they were kissing as a start of his birthday celebration, my comic situated after they kissed) surrounded by blossoming arrays of yellow, gold, and orange hues of osmanthus flowers around them under the blue sky.
The second panel shows the MC swiftly turning back away from Zayne's side to retrieve something for his gift in a yellow box. Leaving Zayne a bit confused but accepting and affirming to wait for us.
At the bottom of the page there's one blue macaron, indicating page one.

The first panel in this image (or the third of total four panels) is showing MC's (main character/us player) lips partly open towards a corn shaped ice cream near her lips with one hand and thrusting another corn ice cream towards the reader or in this case indicating she's thrusting it towards Zayne's face. She said it's her treat for Zayne's reliability of making ice cream for her (context: Zayne is able to make ice out of thin air like "Elsa" from Disney's Frozen and he's indeed a reliable man. He's a 27 years old or you could say 'young' high demand chief surgeon of Akso Hospital in Linkon City). The orange background of this panel has some tiny corns around the MC.
In the second panel in this image (the fourth of four panels) Zayne is already munching the top of the ice cream with a little bit of cream on his lower lips area. He said thanks for the ice cream but he thought if it was drizzled with condensed milk it would taste even better (context: Zayne is a sweet tooth.), which made the MC slightly panicking and reminded him of his sugar intake since he still has some birthday cake (which by the frosting in the game showed, I assume it's high of sugar level) to eat later. The minty green background of this panel has tiny wrapped candies, symbolizing the mints that Zayne usually gives the MC in the game.
At the bottom part of the image, there are two macarons now. A blue one and a pink one, other than telling the page number it's also symbolizing Zayne and MC.
Today I saw osmanthus themed skincare in AsianBeauty subreddit...
It reminds me of Zayne's birthday (5 Sept) which has an osmanthus vibe that I celebrated with a silly comic. It was funnier in my mind.
