It's very nice coming home after a long 'trains with bike' day, even if there's a bit of rain in the city I chose to work and live in, and that I like quite a lot. Plants have grown wild. And yes, this means my break is coming to an end, just as cycling already has ended... #VeloBaltica

After more than 140km today, I'm back to Eckernförde. Here I officially started the 22 May. 3 months, more than 6700km of cycling, 9 countries, beautiful nature, nice encounters & new friends, and much more. Saying hello & goodbye to Ærø. The ferry to Als is fully electric, très bien :) #VeloBaltica

Super charming track and spots like Svendborg today, even when cloudy. It just will become a long day with 3 ferries, each ~1 hour ride and only running every 2 hours which makes waiting time inevitable. Let's see if I make it to Flensburg. #VeloBaltica

Feeling great: a luxury shelter to stay dry the night. After a good day of cycling. Even with hot shower in the sailing club. And very promising spots like Svendborg and Ærø on the way tomorrow ;) #VeloBaltica

The morning starting with some wind and rain, but it's beautiful and Præestø being a lovely city. And so many bikers the opposite directionon the Berlin Kopenhagen cyclepath :) #VeloBaltica

Rønne-Ystad the fast way. Garmin confirming that I now have cycled 6000km. Komoot showing remaining 800km on the #EuroVelo10 to end my #VeloBaltica in Kiel.

Indeed! We did not meet when you passed @succowstiftung.bsky.social @greifswaldmoor.bsky.social and Rügen Island in May, but at least and by accident now. Have a safe trip back to Sweden! Very impressive cycling tour around the Baltic Sea. #VeloBaltica The sea surrounded by #peatlands 😍
