Scene depicting aquatic and terrestrial life in the Devonian.
On the right, an Ichthyostega with a jet black body and white cream underbelly lies on the shore of an ancient stream surrounded by horsetails, clubmosses and other primitive vegetation. In the water below, three armored fish- Pterichthyodes (yellowish green fish, left), Coccosteus (dark purple fish, middle), Cephalaspis (brick brown fish, right)- forage along the muddy river floor.

Scene of a green, scaly Tyrannosaurus rex (right) and a brown sprawling Styracosaurus (left) engaged in a fight. The rex sinks its teeth into the shoulders/back of the styracosaur while kicking one of its hind legs at its prey. The Styracosaurus meanwhile thrusts its head and drives its nose horn into the side of the rex.

Red-painted scene of a pair of Brontotherium (aka Megacerops) lumbering through a grassy plain alongside a pair of tiny spotted primitive horses (right) and an ancestral squirrel (left) climbing a branch.
