The Commander tied up with the red rope, with his arms behind his back, is sitting on Vloxx's lap surprised with this situation he found himself in. Vloxx (guild wars 2 asura villain) is VERY happy to have caught the Commander (also asura). Vloxx keeps the Commander in place on his lap by laying both arms on him, one grabbing his tight and the other in thinning position.

I drew this with a mouse while stuck in bed with a fever. It's oddly... sharp... because of this.
