Saute diced onion & garlic in a pot, add a can of crushed tomatoes and a couple cans of tomato puree. Stir in salt & pep, onion, garlic, basil, oregano. A big splash of vodka and simmer before stirring in Parmigiano cheese and heavy cream and simmer again on low.
