( ID: Tumblr user catnippackets: actually let's talk about this again just in case because it is currently flu season and in case we need a REMINDER!!!!!!!!!! wash your hands when you get home to prevent the spread of germs and keep you and your family safe!!!! your house is supposed to be your safe space that you can relax in, and if you're touching bus handles and walk buttons and stair rails and door handles that a thousand other people have touched and then coming home and touching every surface of your house with those same unwashed hands that have just picked up everybody's mystery germs, you're going to spread that all over your house and then you're going to get sick. if you wash your hands first thing when you get home then the germs are gone immediately and your space stays clean. this was true before the ~ongoing pandemic~ and it is even more true now. if your hands get dry then put lotion on. no excuses I want to see everybody WASHING THEIR HANDS. )
