CSPF: How Can DPFs Promote Equitable Energy Access and Accomplish
Climate Objectives?
DFs are one of the main tools that the Bank uses to deliver mitigation and adaptation outcomes to its member countries. This session will explore how DFs are currently used to support countries' national climate goals and energy transitions, how they are assessed and accounted for, and how they can be improved. The session will also reflect on recent DPF examples, identifying opportunities for improving climate integration and civil society participation in future operations.
