It's my diaversary today.
On the 15th Jan '09, already tired from a night shift, I headed for a doctors appointment; I'd been feeling unwell for weeks. The nurse took my bloods. "Bloody hell!", she said; first clue I was in for a long and eventful day. #diabetes #t1d #diaversary #welshdiabetic

I'm leveling in the 7 mmol (126 mg/dl) range today.

It's been a tiring few months of too many double-figures; basal adjustments weren't working - was at a loss.

I feel different today; like my body is saying, *phew!*.
