We are waiting to see if the Nooksak in #whatcomcountywa will overflow later this morning. It's been steadily raining buckets since oh, I dunno, June?

The flooding of downtown Ferndale was unbelievable. Fall of 2021. Traffic in and out of town via the Main St bridge was completely shut down, and you could swim under the railroad overpass, if you were inclined. Not looking forward to a more serious flood in future.
