I'm 99% sure #Witkopf is trying to find corrupt allies in Ukraine's government, to plead for his coup d'état.

I'm also 75% sure he will find no significant leader. Maybe a few idiots, but nothing to the extend he needs to cash in on his riches from ruzZia.
