Traits:

Dark eyes and dark markings under the eyes to combat glare from snow.

Exposed chest. Has a gland running along esophagus that cools their breath to create their ice breath. Works best when in cold to mild environments.

Dark purple blood. This is not due to hemocyanin or hemerythrin being used to bind oxygen, as that would be completely ineffective for such mobile species. Instead I think it may be such a colour due to the glands chemicals that are used to cool their breath.

Wide, flat, fluffy paws. These are helpful for both land and water. The larger surface area means less heat is lost. This also goes for their body, which although they need to stay cool for their breath to work, their extremities and organs need heat to function. This is also way they have fluff on the undersides of their body!
They also have serrated claws to grip on ice and prey.

Holding their breath. A widely unknown fact is that they rival Mudwings with their ability to hold their breath, if not completely having them beat. Their main prey are aquatic arctic animals, and thus they need to be able to swim well and hold their breath. Though they mostly use dive bombing for catching prey.

They have armor and quills, to help fend off predators and other dragons. These quills are also seen on their tail tip, formed into a club.

Their webbing also has a velvety feet to them!
