Logan is TERRIBLE at it if he's trying, but AMAZING if he's not. Usually because he's just being honest and trying to build people up. It tends to come off as flirting, when, that's not even really his intent...

Logan is horrible at it early, being easily embarrassed. After saving the world a few times and deepening his relationship with Aiko, he relaxes a bit. Mostly because he hopes to (not always subtly) impress her by being more bold and showing off a little.

Logan is good at it, but often likes to ask questions and know exactly why he's doing what he's doing. It's both a matter of making sure the order is good, while also being able to understand its purpose, in case things change in the moment.

He is extremely good at what he does (I would love to say he's on the level of Shantotto or more) not because of any innate power or special talent, but through stubborn practice and body modification. Unluckily, he will dislocate something if you smacked him too hard.
