I love it when a plan comes together! Aiming for 3:15/km average in the injury comeback race, ended up bringing it home 11 seconds faster (32:19 chip time).
Went to plan & just about held on at the end finishing last 1km in 3:07. Happy days! #running #Worthing10k #10krace
