Well, got a letter I've been expecting from the #indiana gov. Those of us with X driver's licenses/state IDs will not be legally allowed to renew them; they will have to be issued new with an M or F. Unexpired IDs are still legal until their expy date (for now)

In many of my communities (including my home), folx are talking about whether the X marker is safe to have on ID at this time.

One argument is: don’t capitulate, don’t give over ground to fascism, shine as yourself.
