What's wrong with #Sony? Never had a more #chaotic pair of HPs and buds in my whole life. BT pairing is systematically a trial-and-error process. Now the left #XM4 bud has a dead battery (known issue), but given the annoyance these have caused me, I won't even call support. Good riddance.
