Two lidded pudding molds, one red, one clear, sit atop a canning rack inside a huge pot with steam rising up around the molds
A large metal pudding mold with lid sits inside a pot with a glass lid, which has condensation on the inside from the rising steam
The first three puddings are now being steamed. I'll leave them on for eight to ten hours. The fourth one I'll steam tomorrow.

Adding the first can of draft Guinness to the mix (I added two cans total).

And it worked! I now have four vintage #kilnerjars with #xmaspud in them.
Necessity is the #motherofinvention! Couldn’t find any pudding basins to make my #rindfree #XmasPud! So I put my dumpy vintage #kilnerjars into action! Making mini puds my way. Steaming them for a couple of hours and then I’ll seal them with their lids!
