Saturday was a rainy day on the #rockwall trail. Wet and cold, we decided to take an early exit 😢. Still ran 40km and got up to Tumbling Creek pass Helmet Falls. Learned some new wilderness tricks. Stunning scenery! #yegtrailrunners #mountainrunning #trailrunning #kootenay #canada #nationalpark

Today’s “hill of a race” up and down Rabbit Ski Hill - how many loops can you do in 6 hrs? I managed 13 loops (better than last year’s 11). Proud of 2500m elevation gain! BEAUTIFUL day, fantastic community. Highly recommend. #yeg #yegtrailrunners #trailrunning #elevationtraining
