AFAIK #Zapad2025 comprises some 13K military, a far cry from the #Zapad2021 exercise (200K).
In fact some military analysts joked if this wasn’t a mobilisation. Which actually turned out to be true, because a lot of those Russian troops remained in #Belarus to invade #Ukraine next February.
