This was my first attempt at doing a zoom burst (shooting at a low shutter speed while fully zoomed, then slowly zooming out while the shutter remains open). The result is a dissociation where everything around you is in motion, a slipstream of hurried lights, and you're the only thing that's standing still. Not because the light is red, no; the light is green. But because motion belonged more naturally to light than to the body. Nothing awaits as you're left within the pale indigo. 🚦
