In the second panel (middle), Zuweeny (Zuwie + weeny, as in teeny-weeny) says "OH MY GOD PENNYWISE IM SO SORRY" and looks horrified while Pennywise continues to flip them (me) off. In the bottom panel, Pennywise looks so so so sad. Like a sad gopher. Zuweeny touchingly rests a palm on him in reassurance (while still holding the severed arm in their other hand. Pennywise exchange words back and forth. Pennywise starts and Zuwie follows up: "Im sorry for yelling" "No it's ok I get it" "No it's not ok" "It's not ok?" "No" "Why are you talking in third person"

They are gripping a tardigrade 'teddy bear' in one of their multiple hands, and a rope in the other. Hanging from the rope is an unfortunate employee, who happened to be wearing the tardigrade mascot suit (similar to a Mickey Mouse mascot costume). Scientists wearing tardigrade merch concerningly look through the observation glass, and towards another scientist, exiting the room (and pointing towards Beau). The walls behind the glass are covered in tardigrade 'merch' (i.e. clocks, posters, badges), and the mascot head of the 'unfortunate employee' lays on the ground, leaking blood (which is also splattered up the wall).
