The DOJ just asked a federal appeals court to throw out the convictions of 12 Proud Boys and Oath Keepers members who were found guilty of crimes connected to the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
Trump‘s DOJ is now asking a court to undo the convictions of members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers white supremacist militia groups.
Any thug who supports Trump can do whatever the hell they want now… because Trump is running a thug government.

Important context here:
The men were not pardoned.
They filed suit to have their convictions thrown out. The DOJ would normally oppose this, as the original prosecutors.
But to do that… they’d have to assert the men committed sedition… on behalf of Donald Trump.
So instead, they just fold.
